Kaustubhan B.Srivathsan , Founder, is B.Tech(Mechanical Engineering) , NIT-Surathkal (Karnataka), 1981, and full-time PGDM(MBA), 18th Batch, Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (1981-to-83) He has worked in senior positions in global automotive manufacturers such as Maruti Suzuki, Tata Johnson Controls, Renault Nissan, Cummins. He has expertise in a diverse spectrum (Engineering, Quality Assurance and Testing, Manufacturing, as well as Product Planning and Marketing). His industry experience spans 40+ years.

KAD24 startup, over the last 7 years, has successfully provided the Electric Vehicles OEM's with services. We have helped establish their product engineering. Our support has included Engineering Org structure, R&D and Testing Processes and Facilities, PLM/ALM, Make-or-Buy or Outsource type key decisions to conserve capex/opex, Team building including senior level candidates recruitment, hands-on engineering advise to engineers, Product Planning discussions, Technology Roadmap building, Product Cost balancing with market expectations, inculcating culture of following the V-Process of New Product Development. Last but not the least, we have done technical evaluation of potential strategic investments for future growth propsects of OEM Clients, reporting to the Top Management. Both our major OEM clients have launched their vehicle models successfully, resulting in leading sales numbers.

We now embark on our next journey. We have started leveraging our inhouse Patents for Next Gen disruptive technology, and further, plan to design new attractive products for diverse market applications.
